Nueva Vizcaya is a landlocked province located in the Cagayan Valley region of Luzon, Philippines. Its administrative center is Bayombong. This province shares its borders with several neighboring regions: Benguet to the west, Ifugao to the north, Isabela to the northeast, Quirino to the east, Aurora to the southeast, Nueva Ecija to the south, and Pangasinan to the southwest. Quirino province was established by separating it from Nueva Vizcaya in the year 1966.
