Quirino, is a landlocked province situated in the Cagayan Valley region of Luzon, Philippines. Its administrative center is Cabarroguis. The province derives its name from Elpidio Quirino, who served as the sixth President of the Philippines.
Quirino Province shares its borders with Aurora to the southeast, Nueva Vizcaya to the west, and Isabela to the north. It was previously part of Nueva Vizcaya Province until it gained separate status in 1966.
