AUTHORITY TO SELL WITH NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL AGREEMENT

Collectively referred to as the “PARTIES.”

WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, the PRINCIPAL is the lawful owner of certain real property situated in the City/Municipality of [City/Municipality], Province of [Province], Philippines, described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

  1. Appointment: The PRINCIPAL appoints the AUTHORIZED AGENT with the non-exclusive right to offer, negotiate, and secure potential buyers for the property.
  2. Non-Exclusive Right to Sell: During this Authority to Sell’s term, the AUTHORIZED AGENT has the non-exclusive right to market and sell the property. The PRINCIPAL retains the right to appoint other agents or personally sell the property during this authority.
  3. Duties and Obligations of the AUTHORIZED AGENT: a. The AUTHORIZED AGENT shall use best efforts to market and promote the property. b. The AUTHORIZED AGENT shall provide accurate information to interested buyers and facilitate property viewings. c. The AUTHORIZED AGENT shall promptly inform the PRINCIPAL of any inquiries, offers, or developments. d. The AUTHORIZED AGENT shall not engage in any activity harmful to the PRINCIPAL’s interests or reputation.
  4. Compensation: The AUTHORIZED AGENT’s compensation shall be a commission based on the successful property sale. Commission rate and payment terms shall be agreed upon separately in writing.
  5. Duration: This Agreement is effective for [Duration in months or years] from the execution date, unless terminated earlier by written notice from either Party.
