Guimaras, officially referred to as the Province of Guimaras, is an island province located in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines. Its capital is Jordan, and the largest local government unit is the municipality of Buenavista. The province is situated in Panay Gulf, situated between the islands of Panay and Negros. To the northwest is the province of Iloilo, and to the southeast is Negros Occidental. The entire island is part of the Metro Iloilo–Guimaras, which is one of the twelve metropolitan areas in the Philippines.

The province primarily encompasses Guimaras Island and several surrounding islets, including Inampulugan, Guiwanon (or Guiuanon), Panobolon, Natunga, Nadulao, and others. Guimaras, previously known as Himal-os, was a sub-province of Iloilo until it became an independent province on May 22, 1992.
